CANTON — A St. Lawrence County inmate was charged with assault stemming from an Aug. 18 incident, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Sarah J. Keith, 31, Ogdensburg, was charged with second-degree assault, felony, officers said.
Keith was involved in a physical altercation that resulted in injuries to another inmate at the jail, deputies said.
Keith was arraigned in Hermon court and held without bail, officers said.
