HERMON -- A Hermon man has been arrested on multiple felony charges, including felony rape and sex abuse.
The St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office has charged James Tebeau, 38, with first-degree rape (B Felony), first-degree sexual abuse (D Felony) and third-degree rape (E Felony) after investigation an incident that occurred in 2024.
Investigators say Tebeau allegedly had sexual intercourse with a juvenile victim under the age of 17.
He is currently held at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility for a previous charge and was arraigned in St. Lawrence County Court by Judge Storie, who remanded him back to SLCCF.
