POTSDAM – Trick-or-treat trunks from businesses, clubs and civic groups will be set up for ghouls, goblins, witches and other costumed youngsters for the Fright Night: Trunk or Treat event hosted by the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce on Oct. 24, from 5-8 p.m. on Market Street. There will be costume contests for Couples Costume, Best Family Costume, Best Adult Costume, Best Teen Costume, and Best Children’s Costume .
