GOUVERNEUR -- Cambray Terrace and United Helpers will host, “Understanding Your Options” Wednesday, March 29, at 10 a.m. at the terrace at 24 Mill St.
“Understanding Your Options” is a free educational presentation designed to provide valuable information about housing and health care options that are available here, close to home and your family and friends.
Senior housing options, home care, adult residence, and assisted living are among the topics that will be covered.
“Navigating the world of health and human services can be a little daunting,” explained Nicholas Maneely, United Helpers corporate services liaison. “Choosing the right options for you or your loved one can be made easier by simply knowing what is available and the differences between each service.”
Learn how to access services and how insurance may help you to pay for them.
“Understanding Your Options” is free and open to the public.
Registration is not required.
