CANTON — The St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce will host a Lunch & Learn webinar on personal debt management Wednesday, May 27, from noon to 1 p.m.
The session, themed “Financial Spring Cleaning,” is designed to help individuals regain control of their financial health. Lisa Wash, a member partner advisor at AmeriCu Federal Credit Union, will present.
The webinar will focus on the mechanics of debt and strategies for long-term financial success. Participants will learn how to identify warning signs of excessive debt, evaluate the pros and cons of credit in the current economy and implement actionable steps to reduce existing liabilities.
Wash will also discuss “Score Strategy,” providing practical advice on reading credit reports and improving credit scores.
“Understanding the mechanics of debt is essential for long-term success,” said Tom Graser. “Whether you are managing personal finances or looking to sharpen your credit health, this session provides the tools needed to take control of your financial future.”
