CANTON —Creative cardboard sleds of all sorts were used to race down SUNY Canton’s sledding hill Saturday, Feb. 14.
“It was probably the best race we’ve had yet in terms of number and degree of creativity with the sleds,” said Erika Barthemess, Director of Nature Up North.
Sleds could be made using cardboard, duct tape, recycled plastic bags, paint, and glue. Sleds were judged overall, for special categories, and by division for the fastest time.
