POTSDAM – Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s Medical Records office is moving from within the Hospital to 10 Racquette Road, Potsdam. The new office may also be accessed by going through the SeaComm Plaza at 145 Market St.
The office in the lobby at the hospital will close on Wednesday, Dec. 22. The new office will open on Monday, Dec. 27, with normal business hours from 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Should patients need to reach Medical Records between Dec. 22 and 27, they are encouraged to call (315) 261-5274. The phone number will remain the same at the new office.
