CANTON – A Canton man has been charged with grand larceny for allegedly stealing an all-terrain vehicle from an Ogdensburg dealership on June 25.
St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies charged Jay C. Brown, 37, with third-degree grand larceny (property exceeding $3,000 in value) on June 26 following an investigation from a complaint from Blevins Brothers, Inc., 7348 State Highway 68, Ogdensburg.
Brown was arraigned in Canton Town Court by Judge Rachelle Foster and released on his own recognizance to reappear in Town of Oswegatchie Court at a later date.
