You can request a mail in ballot from Early Mail Ballot Application on the New York State Board of Elections. With an online request at: https://ballotapplication.elections.ny.gov/home/earlymail

To use the Early Mail Ballot application, you must be a registered voter in New York State.
Do not use this online form if your registration residence address is not your current residence address. To update your address, submit a new voter registration form or contact your board of elections for assistance.

Or you can vote early, In Person, at the following locations: 

Clarkson Facilities Building, 42 Maple Street, Potsdam; Oct. 26 through Nov. 3.

Oct-26- (Sat): 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Oct-27- (Sun): 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Oct-28- (Mon): 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Oct-29- (Tue): 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Oct-30- (Wed): 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Oct-31- (Thu): 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Nov-1- (Fri): 9 .m. to 5 p.m.; Nov-2- (Sat): 9 a.m.to 5 p.m.; and Nov-3- (Sun): 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

All early voting will be tabulated at the closing of the polls on election night. 

When voting early, you should ensure you have a record of your vote, please take a picture of your ballot prior to having it scanned and/or mailed in. 

This election is the most important election in our nation’s history. If we wish to remain a Constitutional Republic it must be maintained with the voices and votes of American citizens, and only American citizens. 

It is extremely important to avoid any possible “issues” that may occur between Oct. 26 and Nov. 5. Please take this statement very seriously: Every American Citizen’s vote counts.
