MASSENA -- Effective Saturday at 2 a.m. the Massena Police Department will enforce an all-night parking ban on village streets.
Prohibited hours of parking on village streets are 2 to 6 a.m.
“The changing of the weather and possibility of snow is why this is going back into effect. The village residents must keep the roadways clear, so the Department of Public Works can effectively maintain the roadways to keep them safe for travel,” Police Chief Adam Love said in an announcement.
