POTSDAM – The Potsdam office of Adirondack Audiology has a new member of the team with the hiring of Eva M. Bero, Au.D., CCC-A.

She has more than 25 years of experience in hearing healthcare and she brings exceptional expertise and a passion for serving her hometown communities. 

Bero, a native of northern New York, is committed to providing advanced hearing care tailored to the unique needs of local residents. She holds a Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University, a Master’s degree in Audiology from the University at Buffalo, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and licensed as an Audiologist and hearing aid dispenser in New York State. 

Her extensive career includes leadership roles in prestigious hospital settings in Boston, MA, such as Massachusetts Eye and Ear, UMass Medical Center, and Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, where she served as Director of Audiology. Her expertise spans hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other advanced hearing technologies. She has also been a dedicated mentor, training dozens of Audiology doctoral students and Otolaryngology residents. 

In her free time, Bero enjoys playing and listening to live music and traveling locally and abroad.
