LISBON -- State police are investigating a cross burning that occurred in Lisbon early Monday morning.
The cross was burned in the yard of a County Route 10 home, which is the main street of the hamlet.
Investigators say that is not believed to be a “bias-related incident.”
Details on the incident are limited as it remains under investigation.
