OGDENSBURG — Ogdensburg police charged a man after he allegedly drove under the influence of drugs with a child in the vehicle on Saturday morning.
Dustin M. Dean, no age or hometown listed, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated driving while intoxicated at 10:37 a.m., officers said.
The arrest took place at Bill’s Tire Center, 1000 Paterson St., officers said.
He was ordered held on $1,500 bail, police said.
The child was provided a courtesy transport.
