WADDINGTON -- An Ogdensburg man was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs following a motor vehicle accident on State Highway 37 Wednesday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Zachary J. Mullaly, 30, was charged with DWAI: Drugs, and speed not reasonable or prudent following investigation of a property-damage accident, officers said.
