POTSDAM -- Congressional candidate Tedra Cobb will host a series of community meet-and-greets across New York's 12-county 21st District this month, including one in Potsdam Friday, Nov. 22.
She will be at Jernabi Coffee House, 11 Maple St., at 5:30 p.m. on the 22nd.
There events are part of her "Fighting for Northern New York Tour," during which Cobb says she will highlight her experience “fighting for Northern New York families and her commitment to expanding access to quality affordable health care, lowering the cost of prescription drugs, safeguarding Social Security and Medicare, and protecting our environment,” said Cobb, who bills herself as a healthcare advocate and former volunteer firefighter.
“This serves as a stark contrast to incumbent Cong. Elise Stefanik, who has spent her time in Washington, advancing her political career at the cost of Northern New York families,” the Canton Democrat said.
