Massena Police say Timothy F. Trimm, 18, was charged on Aug. 15 with second-degree assault (D Felony), second-degree attempted gang assault (D Felony) and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon (A Misdemeanor).
Police say Trimm is accused of attacking the victim with two other subjects before allegedly shooting the victim in the head with a pellet gun.
Trimm was arraigned in Massena Town Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $2,500 bail.
Along with Trimm, police say they also charged two juvenile males with second-degree attempted gang assault (D Felony).
The Massena Police Department was assisted by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and State Police.
