LOUISVILLE — A Fort Covington man faces nine charges after fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle Feb. 3, according to state police.
Logan P. Smiddy, 22, was charged with third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and two counts of reckless driving, officers said.
The alleged incident took place Feb. 3.
He was also charged with a license plate violation, driving left of pavement markings, a right-of-way violation, unsafe movement of a stopped vehicle, three counts of failing to use signal lights and speeding, troopers said.
He was jailed on $1,000 bail, police said.
The arrest took place in Malone at 4:51 p.m. on Thursday.
