PARISHVILLE — A Colton man was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated on July 19 following a traffic stop on SH 56, according to state police.

Mark C. Lefreniere Jr., 34, was charged at 5:48 a.m. with felony DWI: previous conviction, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felony, officers said.

He reportedly refused to take a chemical test to determine his blood-alcohol content (BAC) or drug content in his blood.
