To the Editor:
In response to “Controversy Continues Over Salt Storage” which appeared in the Feb. 24 - March 2 issue of North Country This Week: There are many things that stand out to me;
why is it that a Massena trustee voted into office by the residents use such a line at a village board meeting and I quote “ At my age I don’t care.”
To hear a statement like this really burns me — to hear a representative that was voted into office say that.
His job is to care for all the people they represent no matter the issue.
Just maybe it is time for Herb Deshaies to step down seeing he does not care.
