Brenda Tracy, director of the food pantry for New Beginnings Clothing and food Outreach, Inc. Madrid, is amazed and thankful for the tremendous support from the Dollar General Store. Their repeated donations of fresh and non-perishable food items have continued to fill the pantry shelves during this COVID-19 pandemic.
Manager, Dorian Vargas, and assistant manager, Vicki Martin, of the local “Dollar” store in Madrid have personally delivered many boxes with a wide variety of food items. We are truly grateful for this generosity to our community.
New Beginnings Food Pantry remains open to serve the public every Wednesday from 2-5 p.m. and Saturdays from noon to 3 p.m. Appointments appreciated. Call 315-322-4073.
