POTSDAM: Final session in the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce’s Board and Management series, 5-7 p.m., Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley, U.S. Route 11; open to anyone in a leadership role and those who currently serve on a board; participants will review the legal and financial duties required of board members, and their respective roles and responsibilities in the oversight of the organization; opportunity to analyze their activities and identify areas of change and improvement; chamber is collaborating with chamber member, Tedra L.
