CANTON – Canton’s McKenney Middle School, 99 State Street is the place to be on Saturday, April 27th, from 10 am to 4 pm, to enter for a chance to win the fabulous queen-size star quilt at the St. Lawrence County Historical Association’s 29th annual Antique & Artisan Show and Sale.
This quilt was made by Penny Vorwald of Stony Brook.
Tickets will be on sale at the Antique & Artisan Show which is sponsored this year by Blanchard’s Auction Services, Potsdam; Mort Backus & Sons, Ogdensburg; Niles Asset Management, Canton; and FidelisCare, Gouverneur.
Raffle tickets for a chance on this colorful quilt are $1 each, six chances for $5, or twelve chances for $10. Tickets are available at the St. Lawrence County Historical Association at the Silas Wright House, 3 East Main St., Canton, during open hours.
Raffle tickets will also be available the day of the show at McKenney Middle School. The winning ticket will be drawn at the show; you do not have to be present to win.
All proceeds benefit the St. Lawrence County Historical Association.
