CANTON — Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence County is hosting a demonstration on cutting up a whole chicken on Saturday, Oct 15 from 1-3 p.m. with Kassandra Barton, farmer and co-owner of 8 O’clock Ranch at The TAUNY Center in downtown Canton.
Along with the demonstration, participants will learn more about the methods 8 O’clock Ranch employs to raise their poultry.
Registration fee is on a sliding scale of $10-$30 and the demonstration is limited to 15 people.
