POTSDAM — Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s (CPH) Fibromyalgia/Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) Support Group will meet Tuesday, Jan. 7, from 12-1 p.m., at Clarkson Hall, 59 Main Street, second floor.

Handicapped parking is available in front of Clarkson Hall.

January’s topic will be “This Year, Resolve to Take Better Care of Yourself,” drawing on the Mayo Clinic Guide to Fibromyalgia; chapters 15 and 16.

“Self-care is vital when managing fibromyalgia symptoms and flare-ups,” says Group Facilitator Dr. Leslie Russek, “even small actions can make a difference both physically and emotionally.”
