POTSDAM – The Potsdam Chamber of Commerce is organizing its first Fall Celebration on Sept. 21 downtown with live music, Winnie the Pooh characters, food and an Oktoberfest tent.

The following schedule is planned:

10 a.m.-noon, brunch picnic in Ives Park, $3 entry, food by Potsdam Caterers, live music, seating and décor.

Noon-1:30 p.m., The Girls in the Ives Park gazebo.

Noon-6 p.m. vendor fair in Ives Park, along with face painting by Alpha Sigma Tau volunteers for Humane Society donation, fall photoshoot with Shelby Frary Photography and pumpkin painting.

1-3 p.m. Rotary Club of Potsdam’s 9th annual Wheelchair Challenge in Key Bank parking lot, with free entertainment.

1:30 p.m. Read-a-loud with Potsdam Library, Ives Park gazebo, with Winnie the Pooh characters.

4-5:30 p.m. Nick Rycroft, Ives Park gazebo.

4-9 p.m. Taste of Oktoberfest Tent, Fall Island, 21 and older only, with live music by Connor Sullivan and Ben Todd.

6-8 p.m. Ives Park Concert Series featuring The Atkinson Family Bluegrass Band.

8-8:15 p.m. Lantern Light Off in Fall Island and Ives Park, $5 a lantern.
