POTSDAM — The SUNY Potsdam Athletic Department will host its annual Bears Alumni Weekend and Hall of Fame inductions Sept. 27 and 28.
The weekend is highlighted by the 2019 Hall of Fame Induction ceremony Saturday evening. Women's hockey great Nancy LaBaff '82 (Potsdam) and men's lacrosse All-American Rashaun Durden '12 (Buffalo) will join 141 other members of the Hall at 7 p.m. at Thatcher Hall.
The same weekend, Bears men's soccer will host Buffalo State at 4 p.m. on Friday and Fredonia at 1 p.m. on Saturday. The women's lacrosse and basketball programs will hold their alumnae games at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., respectively. The softball team will host Clarkson at 9 a.m. and Morrisville at 4 p.m. for its annual Fall Ball contests. Maxcy Hall's facilities will be open all day and available to alumni and friends.
