MASSENA -- Ralph A. Monroe, age 85, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at Massena Hospital.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Phillips Memorial Home in Massena.

Friends and family may be received on Sunday, December 10, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Interment will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in Pine Grove Cemetery, Norfolk.
