POTSDAM -- A Madrid man has been charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile device.
John C. McCall, 22, was charged on April 24 after police say they observed him using a cell phone while driving on Main Street.
McCall was issued a traffic ticket returnable in Potsdam town court on May 8 at 10 a.m.
A Canton man was charged with driving without a seatbelt.
A West Stockholm man was charged with driving without a seatbelt.
Nathan W. Sprague, 34, was charged on April 24 after police say they observed Stone driving on Main Street without a seatbelt.
