MASSENA -- Jeannette Shinnock, age 86, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving and devoted husband and children under the care of Hospice.
Arrangements are under the care and expertise of the Phillips Memorial Home, of 64 Andrews Street, Massena.
