The position will be for up to 25 hours a week for the duration of the six-week program starting June 27, 2024 and ending August 9, 2024. The Therapeutic Recreation Program Director would have the opportunity to join the NYS Retirement System. Duties of the position: The Therapeutic Program Director is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operations for a quality summer therapeutic program. The Program Director supervises and trains staff members while ensuring adherence to all Massena Recreation policies and procedures. The successful candidate must have a proven ability to supervise employees, organize and schedule work assignments.
