OGDENSBURG -- Rosemarie E. Davison, 59, of Ogdensburg died on March 29, 2024, at SUNY Upstate Medical Center following a long illness.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation or funeral services.
Arrangements are under the direction of Frary Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
Rosemarie E. Davison was born on August 24, 1964, in Ogdensburg, NY. She was the daughter of the late Fred and Minerva (Jock) Petell.
She was a graduate of Ogdensburg Free Academy.
On April 18th, 1983, she married John Davison Jr. at Ogdensburg City Hall, by Mayor Richard Lockwood.
She worked for Walmart for many years and also took great care of her family as a homemaker.
She enjoyed gardening, spending time with her family, when she could. She loved going for long rides with John, just to get out of the house.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years John Davison Jr.; her children, Glendon Murray Davison of Ogdensburg, Henry David (Cassandra) Davison of Macomb and John Henry (Deanna) Davison III, Ogdensburg; her brother, Randy (Amy) Petell of Ogdensburg and her sister, Rhonda Petell of Ogdensburg. Several grandchildren also survive her.
She was predeceased by her parents; her brother, Frederick Petell; and her step father, David Charlton.
