OGDENSBURG — City police said they charged several motorists with driving infractions on April 19 . Those charged included:

• Brandon Hazelton, 35, Ogdensburg, was cited for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate plate lights at 9:02 p.m. on Canton Street.
• Jessica J. Kerr, 43, Ogdensburg, was cited for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no stop lights at 10:53 a.m. on Lafayette Street.
• Colby A. Redmond, 28, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to yield row entering a roadway on Ogden Street at 9:51 p.m., police said.
