Kimberly A. Sibley, 39, Gouverneur

GOUVERNEUR --  Kimberly A. Sibley, 39, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024, at SUNY Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse.

A celebration of life will be held later in the year.

Arrangements are with the Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur.

Kimberly was born in Gouverneur on March 6, 1984, the daughter of Stephen and Kelly Sibley.

She attended schools in Gouverneur and worked as a store clerk until becoming a stay at home mom.

Kim married her husband, Charles Stowell on June 22, 2012 in Watertown.

She enjoyed watching television and movies, fishing and camping, especially at Black Lake and Jacques Cartier, and most of all, spending time with her family.

Kim is survived by her husband, Charles; her children, James, Deric, Sarah, Stephanie, Jacob, Aiden, and Riley; her mother, Kelly, and her mother-in-law, Marie Stowell. She is also survived by her siblings, Jeff Sibley, Laura Hardy, Penny Pike, Mary Tebo, and Samantha Sibley; several nieces and nephews.

Kim is predeceased by her father, Stephen.
