MASSENA — A Hogansburg resident was charged with drug possession Wednesday, according to state police.
Kawisiiostha C. Sharrow, 43, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 7:06 a.m., police said.
Sharrow was cited and released, officers said.
