Norwood has its own recreation program and wants to be exempt from funding the town of Potsdam's recreation program. So what? I don't think anyone ought to be forced to support taxpayer funded recreational programs, but if the Town of Potsdam wants to support the program then all town property owners should be forced to fund the non-essential recreation program. They don't need it or use it? So what? I am forced to fund many programs that I don't need, want or use.
