OGDENSBURG -- Ogdensburg police are seeking public assistance in locating a man accused of participating in a Halloween assault that left the victim hospitalized.
Michael J. Nugent, 30, has an active felony assault warrant for his involvement during an incident, which occurred on Halloween night at Davinci’s Bar, when Anthony Rybka, was severely beaten by multiple assailants.
Ogdensburg Police charged Steven Horton, of Brier Hill, for assault and strangulation relating to the incident and are now trying to locate Nugent.
The investigation remains ongoing.
