BRIER HILL -- The Black Lake Fish & Game Club is hosting a Chippewa Creek Crawl mud and obstacle event starting at 11 a.m. Saturday June 17.
The club is at 1 Gilmour Road, Brier Hill.
The course will include a 1.4 mile family-friendly course including a mud crawl, natural obstacles, tire trench and a wall climb. This is a non-competitive fun race for families and people looking to be challenged and get outside.
For those looking for a bit more, there will be a 5K course that also includes a mud crawl and obstacles. Both courses start and end at the club.
Registration fees are: Critter Crawl, 1.4 miles, $10 adults, $5 ages 7-18, free for ages 4-6 (must be accompanied by a registered adult), $30 family rate; 5K Creek Crawl, 3.1 miles, $15 adults, $8 ages 7-18.
Participants can sign up at the club Facebook page. Race-day registration starts at 10 a.m.
There will be finish-line beverages for participants. A post-race food concession stand with be available.
