The state Department of Environmental Conservation reports that conservation officers issued tickets to a Norfolk man accused of trapping violations and two men from Colton for possession of marijuana.
Christopher B. Earl, 54, Co. Rt. 38, Norfolk, was charged Feb. 15 in the Town of Norfolk with illegal use of a snare trap and failing to tag traps. He paid a $200 fine and a $5 court surcharge in Judge Grubee’s court Feb. 24.
Terry A. Green, Jr., 21, Green Rd., Colton, and Mitchel A. Regan, 24, Windmill Rd., Colton were charged Jan. 8 with unlawful possession of marijuana. Each paid a $200 fine and a $125 court surcharge when they answered the charge in Judge Robar’s court Jan. 26.
