WADDINGTON -- A man accused of robbing the Dollar General is now charged with forging checks.
Brandyn L. Fox, 22 of Waddington for three counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, two counts in the Town of Waddington, and one count in the Town of Madrid.
On May 19, state police in Massena received a complaint from Lindsey N. Fox, 20 of Waddington, reporting three of her personal checks had been stolen, forged and cash, totaling approximately $300.
Investigation revealed B. Fox had stolen forged and cashed his sister’s checks.
Fox was arraigned in the Town of Massena Court before Town Justice Sharlow.
