MORRISTOWN -- An Ogdensburg man was charged with sexual abuse of a child under age 13 on Monday in connection with a sexual offense complaint first reported to state police Aug. 5.
James A. Horton, 65, was charged with first-degree criminal sex act, felony, first-degree sexual abuse, felony and two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child, troopers said.
His status was listed as held.
