POTSDAM — A Hermon man was charged with criminal trespassing following a report of a person intoxicated and fighting with people on Market Street, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
John J. Anson, 47, was charged with third-degree trespassing and disorderly conduct at 10:21 p.m., officers said.
He was cited and released, police said.
