OGDENSBURG -- The Ogdensburg Public Library is hosting seven free events in January.
Adult knitting group is Jan. 8 from 6 to 7:45 p.m. All crafters are welcome to come share projects and tips.
Jan. 10 is a birdfeeder-making workshop for ages 3 and up at 2 p.m. People with food allergies should be aware that it will involve using bird seed and peanut butter.
Jan. 14 will include a senior citizen social from 1 to 3 p.m. Coffee and treats will be provided.
Painting for teens is Jan. 17 at 2 p.m. Ages 12 and up can learn about watercolor and paint a picture.
Family game night is Jan. 20 from 5:30 to 7:45 p.m. Games will be provided.
Frozen snow slime is Jan. 24 at 2 p.m. Ages 7 and up can learn to make sparkly slime and take some home.
Movie night is Jan. 26 at 5:30 p.m. They will watch “Guardians of the Galaxy,” rated PG-13. Popcorn will be provided.
