WADDINGTON - The Humminbird Bassmaster Elite at St. Lawrence River is set to visit Waddington for the ninth and final event of the Elite Series season Aug. 15-18.

The tournament pits 100 of the top bass anglers in the world - including Angler of the Year leader and 2024 Bassmaster Classic champion Justin Hamner and New York pro Kyle Patrick - against big bass and one another as they battle for the coveted championship trophy, $100,000 first-place prize and a total purse of more than $771,000.

The Humminbird Bassmaster Elite at St. Lawrence River will begin at 7 a.m. ET each day from Whittaker Park in Waddington.

Weigh-ins are scheduled for 3 p.m.

The full field will fish for the first two days of the derby with a cut to the Top 50 on Day 3 and to the Top 10 on the final day.

The Elite Series Outdoors Expo will open at noon Saturday and Sunday at Whittaker Park and will include fishing's biggest brands, including the Bass University, the Toyota Experience, Power-Pole, Garmin and Yamaha as well as free demo boat rides from Nitro/Ranger/Mercury and Skeeter/Yamaha. Saturday is Military/First Responder Appreciation Day and Sunday is B.A.S.S. Member Appreciation Day.

The first 100 attendees each day will receive a free gift.

Free Family Outdoor Days will also be held on the weekend of the tournament from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. featuring kids activities, food trucks, and local recreational opportunities throughout the region.

Coverage of the Humminbird Bassmaster Elite at St. Lawrence River will air on FS1 on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and FS1 on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Bassmaster LIVE will be streaming on Bassmaster.com all four days.
