DEKALB — A Watertown woman was charged with a felony following a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 11 July 9, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Brittany L. Fuller, 34, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, a felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
Deputies said K-9 Shelly alerted officers to the presence of narcotics.
Fuller was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine.
She was cited and released, officers said.
