Upstate Candle is a new business started by Jennifer Nelson. Jen started making candles as a hobby from her home – she enjoyed it so much that she decided to open her own business. Jen makes candles, wax melts, laundry soap, perfume, cologne, and a variety of bath and body products. She will even make personalized gift baskets for Christmas and other occasions. Upstate Candle is open on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You can contact her on Facebook at Upstate Candle or via email at upstatecandleny@gmail.com. Alternatively, stop by the store on Caroline Street to shop in person.
