OGDENSBURG — Two Ogdensburg residents were charged with criminal trespassing July 2 on Congress Street, according to city police.
Joshua M. Frajda, 37 and Diana M. Frajda, 66, were each charged with second-degree criminal trespassing at 11:35 p.m., police said.
They were cited and released, police said.
