OSWEGATCHIE — Two Ogdensburg residents were charged with rape following an assault complaint, according to state police.
David A. Miranda, 20, was charged with first-degree rape, felony and forcible touching at 6:15 a.m., officers said.
An unnamed 17-year old was charged with first-degree rape, second-degree possession of a forged instrument, all felonies, officers said.
The teen was also charged with forcible touching and second-degree criminal impersonation, police said.
Police did not report the arrest status for either subject.
