POTSDAM — A Gouverneur man was charged with leaving the scene of a property-damage accident Oct. 25 on Elm Street, according to village police.
David J. Seiferth-Vernsey, 21, was charged with unsafe backing and leaving the scene of an accident at 3:03 p.m., officers said.
He allegedly backed into another vehicle and left the scene without notifying law enforcement or the owner of the other vehicle.
POTSDAM — An Argyle woman was cited following a motor vehicle accident on Main Street, according to village police.
Madison M. Riccio, 19, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way while entering a roadway at 3:01 p.m. and released on an appearance ticket, officers said.
She was cited and released, police said.
