LOUISVILLE — A Massena resident was charged with drug possession Tuesday morning, according to state police.
Narissa N. Joubert, 32, was charged with four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 11:29 a.m., officers said.
The subject was cited and released, police said.
MASSENA — Two Potsdam residents were charged with drug possession Tuesday night, according to state police.
Kaiden R. LaClair, 20, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance a 9:20 p.m., officers said.
Logan R. DeCarr, 31, was charged with two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 9:20 p.m., police said.
Both subjects were cited and released, troopers said.
