MORRISTOWN — Two Syracuse residents face felony drug charges, according to state police.
Lisia M. Noel, 26 and Devon Q. Delee, 28, were each charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell at 9:57 p.m., officers said.
The arrest status for the pair was not made public.
